Tried to redeem points for a simple $5 gift card and she got rude about it. Said she was new so I Tried to explain how to do it and she turned her back on me. Yes i got mad and cussed and i was out of line. But you dont turn your back on a customer! And then had the nerve to bring other customers into it.
