  The outrageously expensive range I ordered at full price through your online store was rescheduled for delivery not once but twice and arrived without an installation kit that wasn't even offered as an add-on accessory option at check out. I spent 1.5 hours of my life bouncing through various service departments only to be told that the cost of this issue would have to be eaten by the local store manager and his salespeople- NONE of whom had anything to do with the order. He could only offer me a $50 discount on the part, which came out of his pocket rather than the online system and word for word said that shopping online is a "buyer beware situation"- about his own company!!! This is terrible practice and I am appalled. I'm doing a major farmhouse renovation and adding a cabin to our property. You can rest assured that not once more cent on my money will be spent at your store which takes its online mistakes out on its in-store real live personnel. Disgusting.

  So when you are sent an email asking for a review about a product buy they dont like what u have to say? what happens!!?? They reject the review!! In their "guidelines" it doesnt include BAD customer service, non delivery of the product because its been rescheduled 2 times. I cant put a positive review on something wr may not even get!! So an FYI, just because you buy appliances they (the seller) is supposed to tell u that u may not recieve the delivery when you are supposed to. And DO NOT buy anything when its on sale!!!! Heaven forbid if you do and actually get it delivered in the same year!! It takes pure ignorance to ask someone for a review of a product when they wont deliver it. Home depot blames the manufacture and the manufacturer blames home depot. Piss poor!!!!!!
