My elderly father from out of state purchased lottery tickets on Monday. When I went to check them for him this morning he had all tickets with old dates. Couldnt have been his mistake as he doesnt live in VA. Cashier gave him old tickets!

Very rude employee (Tammy) I think Cussed me out because I said the coffee was waterd down. I came into the store on Christmas day 2011 and said that my coffee that I had purchased earlier tasted watered down, I had the almost full cup of coffee with me. She (the manager) told me that I could exchange it for another cup; I thanked her and walked out to my truck. A couple of minutes later while I was enjoying my coffee (it was good this time) she came out of the store furious and screamed "you're a god%$mn fu*%#ng liar that was not water it was coffee!" I tried to explain to her that it was coffee and that it just "tasted" watered down, but without letting me explain she just yelled that I was a fu*#*ng liar again and that I had to pay for the coffee. I then asked why I should have to pay for it after she had approved the free exchange and given me the new coffee. She then called the police and after I payed for the coffee she told the police to write up the papers banning me form the store. Now I know someone would think that I had to have done something more than what I have described here or acted in some way to trigger an outrage like this, but I was just as nice and courteous as I could possibly be the whole time that this was happening and I too was shocked by her sudden outburst as were all of the other on looking customers. One older lady even came up to me while I was waiting for the police to arrive and said to me "are you ok? That woman is crazy". So I am now banned from this store that I frequently shop at. I just wanted the owners of 7-Eleven to know why I cannot return because from what I understand I will have to have in writing from them permission before I can return and I'm the victim here!

A good convenience store offering a variety from milk and bread to gasoline. Convenient at the corner of Ivy Street and Poplar Street (just where Poplar becomes King Street)
